Hi Laurie! About 1.15 cups of breadcrumbs and 3/4 cup of milk for a 3lb meatloaf. Quick tip: If you hover over “Servings” at the top of the recipe there will be a slider where you can scroll to update serving amounts and ingredient quantities.

Yes, absolutely! You may just want to grease the inside of the pan with some butter or olive oil to prevent sticking.

Goodness! This was FAB! So fun to make, too. I followed the recipe exactly except I could find shaoxing wine so I went with rice wine. Went to 2 grocers, neither had it. Doesn’t matter, turned out to be such a great dish …. a hit with the family. Seems like it’d be a very welcoming recipe of other veggies like celery or even peas. Next time I think I’ll add water chestnuts for a nice little crunch. EXCELLENT AS IS but would be fun to play with! Thanks for posting! I’ve added it to our dinner rotation!

These turned out splendidly! Did not crumble at cutting even with adding some silvered almonds to the batter. Drizzled chocolate over. Will make again. Thanks!!

I’m making this cookie recipe currently. When I got to cinnamon portion of the recipe, I realized I didn’t see a section for the cinnamon mix (roll balls). I started to look over to see what amounts to use. I watched your video and saw no cinnamon is added to cookie mixture and we should reserve part of the sugar for rolling the dough balls. The cookies turned out to be delicious and I will make these again for the upcoming holidays!

I am impressed by the homemade glazed donut recipe, however, I have tried it with pure ghee instead of using unsalted butter. The taste was good. Especially I like ghee flavor and trust the ghee nutrition.

I didn’t think Maryland crab cakes typically use bread crumbs (although I’ve definitely seen it before), but these were fabulous!

I made this meatloaf last night (7/7/22). I followed the directions to a tee for a 2-pound meatloaf. I cooked the loaf at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 mins. I let the loaf sit for 10 mins after cooking. I found an inch of liquid in the loaf pan after the 10 min rest time. I actually had to pour the liquid out of the loaf pan prior to cutting the loaf. I will say…..this was one of the tastiest meatloaf I have ever eaten. And you were right when you said it would be moist. Next time I make this I’m going to form it and cook it on a baking sheet. Thanks
Mike
